ServiceMaster Restoration By Simons did an excellent job helping us after a Category 3 sewage loss at our home in Highland Park. Shawn and his team responded professionally, cleaned up the affected areas, disinfected everything, and made sure the basement was properly dried.
What stood out most was their communication. They kept us informed throughout the process and also stayed in contact with our insurance company. Because our insurance coverage was limited, they worked with us to keep the invoice reasonable while still providing high-quality service.

Total clean out after some very messy tenants. From floor to ceiling. 18 bags of garbage. Remove carpets and pads, steam clean floors. Wash everything, walls, ceilings, windows, including fixtures. Devote individuals to clean stove and fridge. We had them back for a second day for minor touch ups. Overall our experience with Sue and her crew from Service Master Simon was great. Highly recommend this service.
