They did the curbs in my neighborhood in unincorporated Libertyville. They left on a Friday for the weekend leaving the front yards up and down the block strewn with forms with the nails sticking up. Additional nails have been picked from driveways and the street. The neighborhood is filled with kids and pets. When a neighbor called the office concerned we were informed that they were done for the day. I have never seen a construction company do this. Sloppy!

I hired Rob Schroeder for concrete steps, and those steps cost me 7k, although I got a quote for less. I was okay because Rob Schroeder was able to do the project within 2 weeks. He did it within the time frame, but the quality was too bad, and the concrete started to crack. Then, the top layer started to peel in one week after they finished. Unfortunately, I paid him before he completed the project. what pissed me off more than the bad quality, is the lack of basic ethics when I called Rob Schroeder and he was like (haha F yourself). I ended up covering the concrete with composite boards to hide the peeled concrete which cost me more than 6 k. So I am posting this to warn good people to stay away from such contractors to avoid what I went through

While driving I spotted a truck and trailer from this company. The trailer had a skid steer on the back not bound down at all. Just a chain sloppily applied. This could KILL someone! Sending picture to DOT
