Ron came by last week to give us an estimate for a larger project, and he is the reason we went with J. Blanton! Ron is very personable and a wealth of information. After the major work yesterday, Ron came back today to rod the sewer to the street and then checked it using a camera. We are so pleased with all the work that has been done, and we especially want to thank Ron!
We also joined to No Drip Club because we like the idea of having someone come out for an annual walk through, plus we will save some extra money for each job.
I had a visitation from technician Mason Lanier. They are very professional and knowledgeable. After a few days Stephen Lemont came out to do hydro jetting. The amount of roots I had down on a sewer line were large. Stephen went above and beyond. Stephen had some recommendations for me to do after the job is complete. This has been by far the best company I hired to do any job in my house. Easy enough to do scheduling and every step along the way I had been informed by the company. Technician Brandon Landes did a great job going over the semi-annual home maintenance for my home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated how he thoroughly inspected everything (He even checked a toilet that I had DIY). He recommended we get a water heater repair and a new sump installed. Would highly recommend him!
