The shopping experience sucks at Macy's. I went there to find a dress. This store is worse than Lord & Taylor use to be When it was here in Skokie. Everything is jumbled together. The women's dress department is not defined. You've got all different sizes mixed together, and then in the department that you need and you're accustomed to shopping, there's nothing. I've never been this disappointed about shopping at Macy's. But I am extremely disappointed in the experience. I say don't go there until they get there act together.

It’s really frustrating and illogical that Macy’s has one set of dressing rooms open in this whole store. Clearly an example of a poorly managed store. If there is a concern with spreading covid, surely packing everyone that needs to try items on into one set of dressing rooms is the opposite of how to handle it.

I went to the Macy's at Old Orchard mall on Wednesday to look for a dress for a wedding. Had a bunch in my hand to realize all the fitting rooms were closed. Ok fine, bought one to try at home but when I got home, the security tag was still on. Later that night I ordered shapewear for pick up in the store. Came back on Thursday to get the security tag removed on my dress and pick up the online order. Came home and a security tag was left on the online order. How does this happen twice in the same week at the same store? Will not shop there again.
