His work and bedside manner is impeccable— calmly explaining every step, providing plenty of novocaine, and taking the time to ensure the crown fits perfectly. I also appreciate the general culture of his office— warm and helpful.

Dr. Chaiken removed two silver fillings to prepare the teeth for crowns. He was very conscious of my need not to feel pain. Since more work was done than anticipated, he followed up with a call in the evening. I was very pleased and surprised by this.
