I have been getting my Brazilian wax done by Emma here for a couple of years at least. I love how clean she keeps her work area and how hygienic the entire wax process is. She is friendly and very professional. Highly recommend for Brazilian wax.. haven't tried other services as I'm not that type of girl but will say when I'm there all her clients seem to love her.

I absolutely adore this place. The technicians are dedicated at their jobs and are extremely kind. The atmosphere is amazing which makes clients feel comfortable and at home. I will definitely be coming back for future appointments and recommend this place to anyone who wants perfect lashes.

Very bad customer service! The staff consists of 1 person who does not know how to speak to customers & has a very bad attitude! I scheduled a follow-up appointment and paid a deposit. The owner cancelled my appointment for her own convenience and without my knowledge. When I tried to reschedule she wanted me to pay $100 extra instead of the original price she had quoted. I felt scammed. This was inconvenient because I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance and paid a deposit. I would not recommend this business to anybody.

Terrible attitude and inconsistent pricing. Tried to force a consultation fee, even though I already told her I know what I wanted. then would not honor the Groupon and tried to force me to cancel my Groupon and pay her directly or pay her extra for services that are specifically listed on the deal itself. Horrible customer service, crooks. Avoid!

I purchased a chemical peel + 30 min facial thru Groupon but couldn't get it. I set the appt for Sat 6/12, on the day of the appt I had to reschedule so I called 2 hours in advance. The receptionist told me I had to pay a $25 rescheduling fee with her right then on the phone in order to do it. In total I would've been paying $80 for one facial. I let her know I couldn't afford that, she didn't care. I asked what would happen with my already purchased facial. She kept asking if I wanted to reschedule. I made it clear many times that I wouldn't be paying the rescheduling fee so I was wondering about a refund. Milita stopped answering my phone calls & stopped returning voicemails. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank.

I went in for a facial using a Groupon. The location was clean, the staff was professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable even with the COVID restrictions. I will definitely use their services again.
