This was my first time coming to this location and stylist and I have to say my stylist, Andi, was fabulous. She was very attentive to the specific things I asked for, left room for further trimming at the end, and was just a very pleasant person. I plan on being loyal going forward!

I asked for a dusting to even out my hair. What I ended up with was a more uneven mess. My hair was never sectioned and cut so I would have a precise even line in back. My hair was combed back and she ran the shears back and forth from side to side not knowing how much was actually being cut off. I mentioned in the beginning before the haircut started that I was trying to grow my hair out, that didn’t seem to phase her. She did what she wanted not what I wanted. Who knows their better than the one wearing it. This lady at the end said it’s cute. I said I’m not looking for cute I’m 61 years old and cute isn’t my style. I spoke to the manager and she said she would refund me 50% of $70.00 and what I was refunded was $14.95. Not only do you they not know how to give a proper cut they don’t know how to do math either. I will call my credit card company and dispute the full amount now.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My hairdresser Kim was so sweet and easy to talk to, and gave me such a beautiful haircut! It was exactly what I asked for, and I couldn’t be happier. I also had wonderful gloss done by Gianna, who was so warm and kind. Thank you Kim and Gianna for a wonderful first time at Tricoci! :)

I visit Mario Tricoci Skokie location regularly for various services (nails, hair, facials). Eleonora in the nail department is amazing and does an outstanding job each time. I get my haircuts with Vicky and color with Ladan … their work is exceptional. I also recommend Eva for a relaxing and effective facial. All of them are professional and a pleasure to be pampered by.
