With over 30 years of experience. ln the fitness field (Personal Training/Strength and Conditioning) etc. And given hope during my interview. l'd been asked to meet with the manager but l wasn't able to meet him. Because he didn't show up for the meeting. instead l was given the instruction to meet the head trainer by the manager, which never happened. l called on that date and left a message. Emily at the hair salon gave me an excellent haircut and brought my natural curls back to life. My hair looks defined, healthy, and beautiful, and I left feeling so much more confident embracing my curls. She took the time to listen, offered helpful tips on maintaining healthy curly hair, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
The front desk staff was also extremely welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
I’ve already booked my next appointment and highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a talented stylist!

Do yourself a favor and book a facial with Elena — she’s hands down the best esthetician I’ve ever had. Every detail of the experience was absolute perfection - that’s why I keep coming back! I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a spa attached to a gym, but Life Spa completely surprised me. I’ve had both the best facial and the best pedicure (by Sana) here!
