A Signature Membership includes unlimited group training and personalized attention. The club also offers additional services like a cafe and salon. While some find the membership cost high compared to other gyms, the clean environment and attentive staff, including helpful team members at the front desk, contribute to a great overall experience.
We've been to most of the Life Times in the greater Chicago area, and Old Orchard is our favorite. The facility is clean and well maintained. Angie and Jill in the spa are amazing, and Yan in personal training truly cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond and pushes in all the right ways to make a difference. Honestly, all the staff here are exceptional!
One of the biggest things that separates Old Orchard from other Life Times in the area is everything they offer for kids. I LOVE the out door pool. We are so lucky to have a lovely outdoor experience this summer. The engineer was able to keep the pool open during the late august cold front and we are able to experience this lovely warm September in a clean environment where the temperature of the water is perfect. Thank you!
I walked into the establishment the other day and was greeted by a young man. I believe his name was Christopher S. Upon arrival, he was absolutely refreshing, I had a million questions. And he had an answer for every one!!! I definitely am considering a membership here. Just because of the great customer service hats off to you, sir. Most gyms are the same, but this one stands out because of the time christopher took with me to make sure I was well informed and I left with more knowledge then I had walking in.
