Derek & Lakeland provided me with a roof inspection needed for my homeowners insurance. He was prompt in his replies and very professional. After the inspection he notated that I should have a new coating put on the dormer of my roof which aren't shingled. I decided to wait a year due to economical factors but when I was ready to complete the process I reached back out and it was super easy to get scheduled and get the coating done. I've been very impressed with Lakeland so far.
