We had a big condo-wide project to replace all of the vertical water risers in all the units. From start-to-finish, Josh was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating, which was not easy because each unit wanted specific plumbing add-ons, so there was a lot to keep track of! He was always upfront about what things would cost, and the final total owed was very close to the original estimate. We live in an old building, so of course there were a few unforseen issues once we opened the walls - still, he was professional and explained all of this beforehand, and even with the unforseen issues, the final amount owed was very close to the original estimate.
