After asphalt shingles blew off, the business responded quickly, repaired missing shingles, and checked the entire roof for any other loose shingles. One roof repair took less than a week from scheduling to completion, and the team did a great job explaining what needed to be done and answering questions. For a roof and gutters project, the business was responsive, organized, and made the decision process easy with samples to visualize look, feel, and color options. The team clearly explained the differences between products and their uses. Transparency with pricing put customers at ease, with no hidden charges or unexpected fees. The business was informative without ever being pushy. When temperatures dropped, they adjusted for optimal installation conditions, and anticipating rain the following day, they stayed late to make sure everything was complete and secure against water damage. During installation, someone walked the property to ensure debris didn’t blow into neighboring yards or the street. The crew was careful when removing old shingles, taking precautions to avoid damaging plants, window screens, or siding. Cleanup afterward was meticulous. The company operates organized, efficient, and clearly experienced. For a roof repair, the team showed on time and saved customers thousands.
