There are absolutely no words to express my gratitude for Haben funeral home , particularly John Haben! He not only made us comfortable but with such ease he explained everything in detail was very direct with the process , expenses etc but has such a calm about him. John Haben and his team were kind and thoroughly supportive as we planned funeral arrangements for my deceased uncle. His passing was unexpected, and throughout my family's grief, John guided us through every step of the process with immeasurable grace and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. As someone who experienced this process for the first time, I was impressed with the service quality and care that Haben Funeral and Crematory provides. They made a very difficult situation a little more bearable from the first point of contact to the last.
EDIT: Looking through some of the reviews, I'd like to add that from a financial standpoint, Haben provided a clear understanding of the costs involved with funeral arrangements for every detail possible. We made initial choices and modified our choices during the process, and John was transparent on the costs of each line item. It took the guess work out of the what decisions needed to be made and what the overall cost would be.
