Want to thank Geek Squad for finding the issue with my laptop which I could not do because I didn't have the means to open the laptop case. Kudos to Nate or Nathan. Resoved my problem within 10 Minutes. Was going out of town and needed the laptop.
I've been coming here for 20 years. Prices are hit or miss, customer service used to be ok and much hasnt changed. Which is why the store is probably empty all the time. Went in to buy a dyson heater...they couldn't price match it from bestbuys price of 299 to dysons price of 279. Guy at the counter said they don't match manufacturer prices. No worries, just ordered from another retailer instead that did price match. Sad reality but this is probably a big reason why big box stores are closing down, can't compete with online retailers.
I had an appointment with Justin, a Geek Squad associate at Best Buy, Thursday 11/14/24 at 2:40 pm. I was unable to use a previously purchased Fitbit. Justin spent a great deal of time with me and was courteous, patient and explained the problem thoroughly. The Fitbit could not be connected to my phone. He also explained how I could use my new Apple Watch to record steps, and walked me through the process.I actually did not need the Fitbit. Justin’s patience and explanation were deeply appreciated and I appreciate the kind service he provided.
