I brought in a six year old laptop that I used for 12 hours a day at my last job. They cleaned out the dog hair and put in a new battery. After I brought it home I discovered the new battery was great but the laptop was using so much power I had to leave it plugged in anyway and the graphics CPU was failing so I needed a new motherboard. Dragos told me he didn’t repair motherboards and that I could take it to wheeling. He said it wasn’t worth it to do on a six year old laptop because I’d get a used motherboard. He refunded me the $80 I paid him to fix the laptop without me even asking. I was blown away by what a great place this is. I highly recommend it.

Brought my Laptop in after spilling juice on it after two days everything was good battery wasnt working when I got it back, fixed it free of charge and solved my phone not charging through the port free of charge too.

Hands down the best repair shop in the city! I went in this morning with a stripped screw in my laptop. While other shops quoted high prices and hours of waiting, the gentleman here fixed it for free within minutes. I highly recommend them for their honesty, speed, and great service. Thank you!
