Brian from Gartner was an excellent serviceman.
He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
He went above and beyond to make sure he thoroughly cleaned and checked my AC units.
He checked furnace and thermostats too. He provided great customer service, thank you!!
My central A/C unit was leaking near the intake vent. Bryan B. came over and quickly found the problem: a small crack in the condenser drain line. He then replaced a segment of the PVC pipe--problem solved. Gartner was very responsive on the phone, and Bryan did a great job in dealing with the issue.
Local business, so I appreciate working with them and they are very professional. Reasonable prices, Good service. Bryan fixed my AC unit found a bad capacitor had it replaced right away.
