I am an asset manager for a large portfolio company and after many rounds of interviews, we select Diamond Property Consulting to do all of our work through their care-all package. Their all-inclusive package is something that made a lot of sense but we were hesitant to put all of our services with one vendor. After three years of working together, I can say that we will never ever second-guess Diamond Property Consulting and all of the areas that they maintain from landscape insulation to our decks, roofing, electrical and plumbing as well as snow removal. They are responsive thorough cost-effective and they helped provide CAM reduction throughout the past 3 years.

I have used Diamond on multiple properties and projects, Diamond has been doing regular landscaping and snow removal maintenance on 2 of my properties, has always been there and always done a great job. I have also used Diamond for a larger project at my office, removed the entire front walkway up to the entrance and totally transformed the front of the building!! Elias and his team are always a pleasure to work with i do and would recommend this team and I plan to continue using Diamond for all my maintenance and future projects

My wife and I have lived in our home for 25 years and have had bad experiences in the past with shady and unreliable contractors so when we needed to replace our driveway we were both hesitant on getting it done due to past experiences. After agreeing to the proposal for the work and after completing the project im happy to say that Diamond Property Consulting is the best construction company we have ever dealt with.
