Mr. Decker is truly in a league of his own. He is exceptionally thorough and brought an infrared FLIR camera to accurately pinpoint and isolate potential issues, including subtle signs of water intrusion. He guided us through the things we need to know about our new house, and gave us recommendations for what we should address sooner than later. His report is indispensable!
