Sam was knowledgeable in his initial inspection of our house, truly cared about us being safe post the fire, and was a true professional in handling the discussions with our insurance provider. Sue went beyond our wildest expectations, and while managing the team of professionals, took care of our cats while the HVAC team worked (a third party) acting as their Mom for the afternoon. We are so appreciative of the work the ServiceMaster team did for us, and how well they treated our family. Would recommend with all my heart.”

I called servicemaster in panic mode at 3am. Jane answered the phone and was able to calm me down, when Fernando arrived at 4:30am with all his crew, he walked me through everything. Servicemaster was very helpful in navigating the claim and guided me to next steps as far as obtaining housing. They were able to pack my duplex unit in 2 days and gut everything out. They also dropped off a few items to my temporary housing. I would have been lost without them.”

Particularly annoying when there was another plug they could have used. I know that’s just me, though.”
