From the very beginning, Brad was great (and so easy!) to work with! We had heard horror stories about building a home and how stressful it could be, but that was not our experience at all! Brad helped us to develop plans that fit our family well, and was very helpful in steering us away from certain things that would wreck our budget— we really valued his knowledge and expertise throughout the entire process! From our perspective, he took care of all of the stressful aspects of building a home, and let us focus on the “fun” decisions. He kept us in the loop from beginning to end, was very responsive to any of our questions or concerns, and was easy to communicate with! He worked meticulously throughout the entire building and finishing process to ensure that we loved our new home, and we DO; we really could not be happier and are so thankful to have had Brad (and Gio) build our home!
