He worked closely with us during the insurance hail damage claim process, and once the claim was approved had his team scheduled to start within a few days. This was a fairly large roof, and The team showed up at 6:15 am and stayed until 9:00 pm to complete the job. That included removal , installation, and cleanup. Very happy with the results! “Truly a pleasure to work with Allen Roofing. Ray came out and took pictures and gave me an estimate. Very prompt, responsive and answered all my questions including bringing me samples of different shingle colors until I made up my mind. Bill contacted me to schedule the installation. He was also very prompt and responsive and kept me up to date with everything. The actual installers came and 5:45 am and was done by 1 pm. New roof looks amazing. “What can we say about Chad and the guys at Matterhorn. We had them out to do our siding and were so happy we had them come back out and do our roof a few months later. Chad, the owner, is very knowledgable, very responsive, very helpful, and very accessible. He responds to texts and emails, dealt with our insurance company for us, and when something got left behind or needed a touch up, he sent his guys back out and got it all taken care of asap.
