They each took there time answering my numerous questions and when one person didn’t know they asked another. I really liked that the program didn’t just help me lose weight but also improved my health from the inside out. I feel more energetic and healthy all around. It didn’t consist on just shakes. It required me to cook meals and find easy ways to cook healthy and learn portion control. I was also able to tell which foods made me feel bloated and which did not.
