I saw the Zoé commercial on WGN and came in with my brother to learn more about the slogan “30 lbs in 30 days”. I’m a diabetic (controlled glucose). I have fibromyalgia, IBS, high cholesterol, slow thyroid and other issues. My brother who is 11 years younger than me was very heavy and was in pain. We signed up and followed the plan as indicated. It is not easy. The Director helped me with the struggles due to health conditions. At the end of 30 days: my brother lost the 30 pounds and I lost 15 pounds. My triglycerides went down from 386 to 142 and the cholesterol went from 286 to 152. This is the lowest I’ve ever had my cholesterol! This is not an easy...read full review

Enjoy the program learning how to eat the right foods. I am down 21 lbs sticking to the program and I plan to keep losing more with what I’ve learned.

Prior to joining Zoe Wellness Center, I was exhausted all the time. I had difficulties walking up a flight of stairs without being short-winded.

Since losing the excess weight, I can move around better, more flexibly, stop snoring and my blood pressure is now controlled. I feel great, I look better, my clothes fit better. Best thing I have done for myself and self-esteem / health!
