I just moved into a 2nd floor condo and wanted to get my dryer vent cleaned and heat ducts cleaned. Baldor and Saul arrived on time and we began discussing what was going to be done. However, Baldo pointed out that all the vents on my heating ducts had been painted over and he would have to pry them off. This might damage the paint around the vent. So as we discussed whether to proceed with the duct cleaning, Baldor pointed out that there was no dirt or dust on the vents and perhaps the ducts did not yet need to be cleaned. I thought this was a very honest gesture on his part, and I decided to just have the dryer vent cleaned. My vent goes into a duct that goes up, then across through the ceiling, to a vent on the balcony. He found a big ball of lint in the outlet outside, and they blew a bag full of lint through the duct to the outside into their bag. They cleaned up the balcony, reconnected the dryer vent (not easy as the dryer is in a small laundry closet) Overall, really great guys doing a good service. One suggestion to thus company: Normally when I make an appointment for someone to work at my home, they send a text or email confirming the date and time, then again a reminder the day before. The appointment I had with them was 2 weeks from the time I called but they never sent any confirmation or reminder of the appointment. Not a big problem, but just a suggestion to confirm that they are actually coming.
Brandon and Baldo did a great job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent! From beginning to end, they were professional and courteous. I received the recommendation for Wright Way from a friend and am happy to pass along the recommendation.
We suspected we had a blocked dryer vent so I called and spoke with Bruce, the owner to schedule service. Wright Way was wonderful about squeezing us in before the end of the week. Brandon and Baldo arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They got right to work and confirmed quickly that there was a blockage. Yikes! It was a big one.They worked their magic and cleaned everything up wonderfully! We will definitely call on Wright Way again!!!
