Upscale Nails & Spa prioritizes sanitation and delivers outstanding services. Their pedicures are great, with attentive scrubbing, although polish application can be inconsistent. The nail artists, including Megan, are incredibly skilled, kind, and go above and beyond for their clients. With attention to detail, they create natural-looking nail sets that exceed expectations.
I go to Cindy for my manicure and Nancy for my pedicure. Both girls are awesome. Their work is absolutely great everytime I go in. The atmosphere is friendly and nice and quiet when you just want to relax.
Thank you Upscale Nails for taking me last minute and never disappointing me. The ladies in this shop are always so kind and they do a nice job for a reasonable price!
Disappointed with the service. I got a pedicure. It took them less that 15 mins to get it done because they were rushing me out the door. Extremely hot water, chunky no chip, they don’t cut my nails, just some uneven filing. If they didn’t have time to do a good job, they could of told me they were gonna close. But money hungry, they took me in and did a mediocre job. I think they close at 7 and not 8 during the weekdays. Also, they opened a new bag with sanitized tools but tech kept using some used tools that she already had near her.
