All the staff at this store were very friendly and very helpful. Our associate Sahara helped us find everything we needed and was very informative about the products the store had to offer.
I’m visiting the area from South Carolina. As I unpacked my suitcase, I realized I left my mascara and eyeliner. I Googled and found this store. I walked in and looked at but not greeted by not one, not two but three sales associates. I wondered around the store for approximately five minutes before Mel approached me asking if I needed assistance. She was very friendly, professional and very helpful. The store was out of stock on the specific brand I wanted. She quickly attempted to check to see which other location had it in stock before I informed her that I didn’t want to drive anywhere else. Yesterday my mom and I visited this store and overall we had a nice experience and the associates on the floor were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate.
Unfortunately, the experience at checkout was disappointing. The cashier was not friendly and seemed impatient. When I asked if there were any discounts available, I was told that the items I chose were not discounted and was advised to grab other items just to receive a discount, which didn’t make much sense to me. I also asked about coupons, and while checking the app (which needed updating), I felt rushed and uncomfortable instead of supported.
