Worked with Rob and he was fantastic. We’re still in the process of getting the city approvals to install but he did a fantastic job walking us through the process. He even took a selfie with our dog :)
I had been convinced to get solar before talking to TruHome, but my wife was not. Andrew came prepared and did not present outlandish savings but a reasonable scenario that made sense. They were not the cheapest quote I had received, but they were so well organized we just felt more comfortable that it was going to get done... and done well. They even helped find a contractor to repair our roof. Communication throughout the project was great, and the timeline was as promised. After three weeks of activation, we have exported more energy than we have used from the grid, not bad for late October in Michigan.
