****** and Dycon were great. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company to troubleshooting issues as they arose. They are very experienced and a great agent to have in your corner. The job was done professionally with minimal stress or hassle. I would strongly recommend.
Dycon helped my family and I get new siding. A neighbor who worked with ****** referred me to him and it was a smooth process. We met with him. He came to my house to do the inspection of our siding and discovered hail damage on it. He worked directly with the insurance company who at first only allowed us to change 3 of the 4 walls of our house. After about 3 to 4 months of the back and forth with the insurance company that Dycon took care of, we were awarded our siding. Right before we were to do siding ****** mentioned that if we were to get new windows now would be the best time before the siding goes up. Though he did not have any referrals we shopped around for windows and had new windows installed. Additionally, Dycon provided us with siding samples, which we later were able to decide on. I just want to mention that I am completely happy with how things went and how cooperative Dycon was in this process... Though like any construction especially with windows being installed, there were some issues that arose that really wasn't anyone's fault. So Renewal by ******** came and installed our windows. Following them Dycon came and installed the siding and reflashed over the existing window. In a nut shell, the window inspector informed me to contact the window company to see if this was okay. We found out that ******** wanted to come back and reflash at no additional cost. ****** provided additional siding, j-channel and caulking. Overall, I was very happy with Dycon who changed my siding as well as downspouts on our home. I was very happy that ******'s willingless and understanding to help us through this rather stressful uncertainty of our new windows. Overall, I'd highly recommend Dycon for siding. I even asked if we needed a new roof. Unfortunately, he said it looks fine. The siding is perfect and I do notice the difference in the cooling season now. My house retains the cold air much better than before and I see my AC running less now. ***********************
