My wife wanted to try somewhere new to get her haircut. So she wanted to come here. First off i would like to say amy is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was very helpful and polite, she knows exactly what she's talking about and she pointed us in the right direction. Emily is great at hair and I recommend her. Yes JCPenny’s at Woodfield has a salon with aestheticians to do facials! Josie S. is amazing. Asks the right questions and makes your face glow and feel amazing. She will help you with your skincare needs. She even does eyelashes.

There are many talented stylists here. Friendly, professional, and deliver every time. Never had any issues making an appointment whether it was online or calling the salon. The bad reviews on here seem completely off the wall or from people who generally like to complain. I would trust this location with my hair and have never been disappointed!

I found Crystal in a true hair emergency. In 2021 we had our first office/client holiday party post pandemic and it was time to invest a little in myself. I needed a fun vintage updo and Crystal could get me in last minute AND she delivered. Since then I have come back for cuts and colors whenever I can spare my hard earned cash for a little treat myself pick me up. I trust my hair to Crystal!

I came to get a hair treatment and a blow dry. The treatment was only 5 minutes and I didn't like the blow dry. I had to tell her how and she charged me $40 for the pre-dry and $30 for the treatment. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they didn't have any. And for nowhere the manager come and The manager argued with me she told me that if I didn't like the service I should go somewhere else. The manager was low class.

This place was so amazing! The girl with the quinceañera tattoo on her arm was so friendly and gentle with my hair. I got thin bangs and a trim, and it came out beautiful. I wasn't aware you needed an appointment, but Emily was able to find someone to do my hair. Emily was also very kind! :). Also if it's your first time there, you get a 20% discount!
Hair type: My hair gets tangled a lot, but the stylist was very patient and got the tangles out.

I went for my facial, hair color and hair cut. My experience were awesome. I had facial with Emily and hair color and hair cut with crystal. When is time for payment, I got 20% off salon coupon for first time customers and good with any hair desingners. But lady who work on front desk she told no that she can't tack coupons for hair treatments. Then I asked for is it ok to use on facial then she gave $12 discount. But still I was not happy with the customer service. They suppose to tack coupons for new customers when its says on the coupon.So I recommend whenever anyone go for any service make sure first if they expect coupon otherwise I will not recommend to go to schmaburg location.
