After showing them the printout of the payment confirmation that I had, they continued to be rude and told me it was my responsibility to make sure the payment actually pulled from my bank.
Good riddance. You are no longer my supplier, I no longer have an account, and my business has improved without your involvement.

After doing business with Levine's for over 20 years PA is a horrible place to shop. The new phone systems is great for announcing how good they are when they really can't any worse.
Call get connected with any store and they hate that, so transfer call and just drops.
Nobody like listening to the announcement, they just want to have the call answered live.
