Went there for full highlights + haircut (no coupons used)Overall I like the way my hair turned out, however I will say that Erin was not the most welcoming, friendly hairstylist and I felt like she kind of rushed through to get to her next customer. The color was nice, but the roots were stripey which I called to go back for her to fix, but when I went back she wasn't available so I had to deal with it as I wasn't going back there again. It's cheaper than a lot of salons but I recommend paying a little extra for a little better service.

I bought a Groupon for this business and was IMMEDIATELY turned off by the way I was treated upon calling in to book the appointment. Must've been around 10 am one Saturday morning. I simply asked what was their next availability for a haircut. The lady who replied said: "I can get you in this afternoon for a wet-cut." I said, I'm sorry the package I bought was for a deep condition, hair cut, and blow-dry. (That's when she realized I must be a Groupon customer)...Because her tone of voice and attitude COMPLETELY CHANGED. Like she was angry that I bought a Groupon or something.
