Park Lane Jewelry - International HQ - Since 1955

A 1 is generous at best. I have never in my life dealt with a company this shady. I attended a party to support a very good friend. The “Stylist”, Heidi Collin’s seemed to be a genuine person but her true color shined bright just after the party ended. The party was on May 8th and today, June 20, my friend, the hostess, received her items that she earned from the party. Park Lane mailed the to Heidi on May 13th and Heidi’s excuse for her not getting my friends gifts out was simply “life got in the way”. Unacceptable behavior for someone who made money as a result of this party. Heidi did not follow up with what my friend wanted and subsequently all items received today were NOT what she indicated she wanted and looks to be discontinued items.
I have sent my item back, took the more than $10 hit to send it back and am still waiting on my refund.
I can’t support a company that employs people that treat others this way.
Oh, and with ALL communication between myself and, my friend and Park Lane, not a single apology.

Im usually not someone who enjoys writing negative reviews but park lane jewelry is an absolute sham of a company. My partner has been wearing a ring I ordered (i didn't fit me) at an online party for a couple weeks and the plating came off, turning his finger green. The woman who sold it to me had all sorts of excuses, but had lied to me about the quality when I first purchased it. She refunded me, but they make you ship your jewelry back... this is costume jewelry at best. Don't purchase unless you want to the same result.

Cheap costume jewelry at expensive prices. The monthly subscription box take 30 days to cancel so you will ALWAYS be charged for another box before they stop. Consultants earn nothing for selling a customer the subscription. I've had a very expensive pair of earrings fall apart after 1 wearing. Consultant offered to replace them, I fixed them instead.

Very disappointed in the quality of the jewelry. At best this is dollar store quality. Probably costs a few bucks to make and then overpriced. The sales person does “magic math” to get it at a deep discount for you, which is fun to feel like you’re getting a deal. It is a deal if it’s really worth the price being advertised. I can find much better quality and style at the mall for a better price.Even at the deep discount, it’s not even worth it. It looks like cheap painted plastic.

I have been buying Park Lane for almost a year. I have purchased MANY of their pieces and I LOVE them all. If ive had an issue with anything breaking, they take care of it immediately. All i had to do was pay to ship it back. I had a piece come damaged. I emailed them immediately and they sent a new one out and told me to keep the damaged one. I have had a rings finish start to wear off, but I left it in the bathroom for a couple of days. They say not to keep it in any humid area, so I feel it was my fault, but I contacted them and since it was within the 120 days, i was able to ship it back and get a replacement..even though it was my fault. I LOVE the quality and craftmanship of Park Lane. It is high quality, designer fashion jewelry. They also use many genuine stones like turquoise, agate, granite and amazonite.

I am an Area Leader with Park Lane Jewelry and just cant believe the negative reviews Ive seen. The jewelry is a high quality Fashion Jewelry, and their guarantee is not lifetime, but unconditional for the first 120 days. After that, they do require a small fee to replace ($15?), which is only fair! I have never had to return anything and I have had my business with them for two years! I have contacted **************** a handful of times maybe, to ask questions, and always got a response right away! Park Lane is NOT a scam at all. Its a great Company to go into Direct Sales with! This jewelry in no way rates with Paparazzi, because our products dont have Arsenic in them! We freely post all ***** on our Products so the Customer knows exactly what they are getting. I just wish people would give honest reviews instead of trashing Companies! Park Lane Jewelry has the best ****************, Customer Rewards, Hostess Rewards, Consultant Rewards and Commissions, with lots of Bonuses, 2 Trips per year to earn, ******** *** program, and more!!

Without any questions , they sent a prepaid envelope with a replacement. I am loving their brand so far!!
