Nex-Gen has been amazing to work with. Since owning my condo I have dealt with multiple property management Companies and none have come close to Nex-Gen, Gabi, and her team. You constantly feel like you’re getting personalized service for any issues that you might have. If there is anything I ever need they go above and beyond! I highly recommend them! 5 stars across the board.
I had a 100% excellent experience with Nex-Gen Real Estate. Gabi and her team were easy to communicate with, and the online rent payment system was simple and hassle-free to use. Gabi and her team were my angels! First time landlord and found Nex-Gen through YouTube. I knew immediately she was good. I love her energy, her knowledge and most of all her professionalism.
