Gabi and her team were my angels! First time landlord and found Nex-Gen through YouTube. I knew immediately she was good. I love her energy, her knowledge and most of all her professionalism. I also appreciate the fact that she is a one stop shop - Realestate listing, Realestate attorney (witaslaws) and moving. I have worked with Gabi for 7 years with a rental property that is located in Chicago.
