Northwest Community Healthcare Immediate Care at Schaumburg

Took my granddaughter there a couple weeks ago and I want to thank all the staff and doctor. They were extremely friendly and made my granddaughter feel not afraid. Kept her occupied with lots of coloring sheets and crayons.
Doctor was extremely professional and what she recommended healed my granddaughter in a couple days.

My personal experience has been amazing when I needed care!

My son has special needs and the care he received was above and beyond!
Specifically front desk Lisa was kind and helpful and understanding!
Also nurse Sharon made me tear up how gentle and sweet she was with my son even though he couldn’t talk to her she explained everything and made me cry with her genuine compassion!

Idk why others haven’t had good experiences but mine has been a truly life changing experience! My son has seen hundreds of health care providers in his 6 years these women stood out!

My left foot was badly bruised after I accidentally slammed it into a wall I didn't see in the middle of night. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't get a same day appointment at any orthopedic clinic in the area. However, I wanted to avoid the ER. I was pleasantly surprised coming here. Every person I met during my visit was sympathetic, caring, friendly, and professional, especially nurse Debbie. I was able to come and go with ease and obtain the answers I was seeking. The facility was also recently built and was well designed. As someone who mostly has had negative experiences in the healthcare system, it was nice to having a positive experience for once.
