Read this BEFORE you apply at Medcore. MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS TERRIFYING. Leilani (Lani) who is the owner of the agency still owed me couple of thousands. Don't be lured because at first, she would be ontime on giving you your salary but after couple of week, you always have a return check on your account because the agency don't have enough fund. I also learned that I am not the only victim of Lani, couple of us were. All I can say is : Vengeance is not mine. It's God's.

Leilani Urbana is the worst nurse in top of owning her own home health agency. She has not paid me for months. She owes me over $19,000 (that’s on me for being naive and actually believing she would actually pay me). I am a PT that was completely scammed by this woman. Leilana needs to have her license revoked and her agency is going into bankruptcy. She has not paid employees for over 6 months. She is NOT about patient care. She is about her own deep pockets. Please never go to Medcore. Any nurse or PT that sees you as a patient will leave you because she won’t pay them. She doesn’t even deserve one star, but zero stars was not an option.

I have never worked with a company that has been so unprofessional in disorganised in my entire life. I am the patient in I shouldn't have to work as hard as I did to try to find a therapist. After 2 weeks of no communication and speaking with people who had no idea what they were doing I got nowhere. They never matched me with a physical therapist they never reached out to my doctor. I am the patient and I shouldn't have to work so hard. This company is a nightmare
