The staff is friendly, the environment is calming. Avril is wonderful! She is great about customizing each session depending on what part of my body is in need of extra attention. She very good about recognizing when I want to chat during the massage or just relax. I'm greatful I found her.

I’ve been a member for a couple of years now and I go to a variety of massage therapists at the Schaumburg, South Elgin, Algonquin and Hoffman Estates locations. I have not had a bad experience — CarrieAnn, Mek, Kenneth, and Scott are all great and I’ve rebooked with them all! Robert at Schaumburg is my personal favorite — he never makes small talk, so I can really relax and get into a deep meditation. He also always seems to know the perfect pressure and where muscles and myofascial trigger points need a little extra work. Highly recommend!

Dora is outstanding! Very thoughtful and listens/understands her clients needs. She gives 100% every time. She deserves to be the #1 massage therapist in the whole Massage Envy family.
