Julia is an excellent communicator, she always reached out and confirmed every showing request in a timely manner and again confirmed on the date of showing. Julia routinely followed up with Sellers agent if we could not connect on a requested showing, and always kept me in the loop.
On an initial offer I made on a house last July, Julia got me in contact with a lender. They were great as well and turned around my pre-approval in less than a day. Once we made the offer for the house I closed on, Julia referred me to an excellent attorney, made sure all the steps in the closing process from inspection to final walk-through were discussed and I knew what to expect and what items were to be completed.
I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with Julia at an open house last April. Her attention to detail, understanding of the proces, and her outstanding communication skills were a blessing. Julia was excellent in helping our family find a new home. We were moving from Florida back to Chicago suburbs. There was nothing that she could have done better! She was instantly available to do virtual tours, answer or ask questions about the properties, and even discuss our changing needs.
