We have worked with Incworx for several years now, and they are responsive, friendly, and provide excellent work and overall service. If the consultant I'm working with doesn't have expertise in a particular area of need, another expert will be pulled in to fill in the gaps. In the rare instance where we've experienced a problem, Incworx has made a prompt assessment, revision, and they make everything right again. I've never met any of the consultants in person, yet I feel more connected to them than I ever have with the multitude of local vendors we used to work with in the past. The experience have been wonderful. We originally had different vendor who did much of customization for our SharePoint sites. But the work was always incomplete and months delayed. After the bad experience we had to get some help and fast. Eventually we decided on IncWorx who had promised to help with all of our pending and future projects. They were very nice to work with and was able to understand our customization. Then complete all of our requirements in time. Best thing about them is their support. For any new project and issues they reply fast and deploy at our convince, may it be early morning or late night. When needed they also explain in details how the process... read full review

Using a new vendor is always a little scary. Honestly, I only tried Incwork because I had a bad experience with another SharePoint company and they did come highly recommended to me from a colleague. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome, they were able to get done what I needed to get done for FREE! My organization migrated from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2010 and we used IncWorx Consulting to do it. They enlightened us on how to use our SharePoint Planning and Deployment Services (SDPS)Vouchers within our Software Assurance benefits.
