Property management hired them. Rude workers. When asked about corporation to verify standing with the State of Illinois got REALLY defensive. The "boss" said he did not know the owners nname, then changed his story that he "Just wasn't going to tell me. Would not recommend on attitude and other reviews.

For starters, they couldn't be bothered to contact the property manager to let them know that they were scheduled to come to my home. Our homeowners association hired them to replace a bunch of rotten wood on our front porch. The property is 21 years old and from the look of things, this needed to be done some years ago. Not putting that on them. I did question the water damage to the surrounding structure. There was some significant decay that they just covered up. Attention to detail and quality workmanship isn't their strong suit. The archways that they cut with a jigsaw are crude. Two of the five columns aren't perfectly plum. Company was hired by my apartment complex to do some work, they’re extremely negligent and careless. My car was parked outside of the building, and I woke up the next day to debris, concrete, and rocks all over my vehicle causing damage to my paint. You would think If a company is doing construction they would block off the area. Instead, the excuse from the GM was “we didn’t feel a need to block off the area because the work we were doing wouldn’t have been able to damage your car.” Even with picture proof of concrete and debris all over my vehicle. They’re claiming that they did not cause the damage and refusing to pay and avoiding my insurance company....read full review
