I had an incredible experience with CLAY Therapeutic Services in Schaumburg, Illinois. Kate is truly compassionate and skilled, her expertise in CBT and DBT was particularly helpful for me.
The environment is welcoming and calming, which made it easier to open up and work through my issues. I have PTSD and anxiety but the personalized approach she took really made a difference in my mental health journey. I highly recommend CLAY Therapeutic Services to anyone seeking effective and supportive therapy in Schaumburg.

I have seen Kate for the past 8 years! She is honestly the best person around! I went to her at 19 years old, I was not confident, wasn’t able to communicate very well my thoughts and emotions and above all else I felt lost and broken inside. Kate was there through everything. She helped me find my voice, navigate my emotions and motivated me to become more confident! She even helped rekindle a relationship with my mom that I was ready to let go completely.
