When we suddenly found ourselves with much more water damage than we anticipated, we were so lucky that our adjuster brought us in touch with Cera. The whole team is wonderful to work with and has a great quick response time.
But it was not only the communication and turnaround that impressed us — the biggest endorsement is their work. In our case it worked out so well that they can handle a restoration project like ours from a to z: clean up, mitigation, restoration, after which they leave the place spotless.
