Worked with David and the team to install a soffit and fix an issue with cold/draftiness for the north-facing exterior wall of our house. David listened and provided suggestions to diagnose and create a plan to fix the issue that was ultimately tied to improper insulation work from a prior contractor (decades ago) that was exacerbated by wear and tear over time. From there, Tony and the team worked quickly and neatly to complete the work, taking extra care for a few fit and finishes (re-painting a light fixture). After heavy rain started causing damage to my family's roof (and seeping inside our home), our next-door neighbor recommended David and his team. David, Peter and everyone else worked quickly to redo our chimney, and shingles. They also discovered the wood for our roof was severely damaged and added a layer of plywood on top of the damaged wood. Water has not entered our home since then and the roof looks fantastic. My family and I highly recommend American Restoration Group.
Great experience with David and Peter. Communication was excellent all throughout the project. They answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Very responsive. On the days of the job they were available and around to troubleshoot things as need. Very good experience and the whole process was seemless. Highly recommend.
