Ken came in the evening when called Monday AM. He is the most honest knowledgeable superb diagnostician. He knew exactly what the issue was when I had no electric power to my bathroom. He competently restored the power with attention to detail & was reasonable with his charges for his time. I will refer his name from this day forward. Look no where else.
