We were so fortunate to have found Heather Brunoehler (which is a realtor thru Swanson Real Estate). My husband and I were on the market for our first home. Heather helped us find the right house and for the right price. Us being first time home buyers, we had many questions. Heather was very patient with us about everything. She answered all our questions and helped so much with the process from beginning to end. Both myself and 2 co-workers have been beyond fortunate to work with Linda and Jim Swanson. I challenge anyone (and my co-workers agree) to find more responsive and accommodating realtors. For the reviewer below to even suggest that Jim Swanson is "grossly unprofessional" is so absolutely ridiculous I cannot even find words to respond. These are two honorable, hard working and ethically motivated individuals who will bend over backwards to help you find your home and hold your hand thru the myriad of ups and downs which inevitably occur during the process.
