Had some noise coming from somewhere in the house when our new furnace ( - few months old ) was running .
Kelso’s came out and in less than 10 minutes solved the problem ( loose vent cover, not their fault ! )
Also checked and changed the filter for us.

Jake/Jacob was easy to work with. I was able to get same day service when I called the office, although I elected for the next day. I was give a window of only 2 hrs which was nice. I was told 8:00-10:00 am and he arrived at 8:20am. I got text messages and voicemails prior to his arrival. This gave me time to put my animals up. He explained everything he did during the visit. Making the payment was very easy as well. I highly recommend Kelso Heating and Cooling.

Great experience with Kelso serving our furnace. Corwin was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am grateful to have another wonderful company looking after our furnace after the tech we had known for 20 years retired
