I will tell you this, IT WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE thing I could have done in the form of self care for myself. Many people say it is not a need, I am here to attest that it most certainly is. Being stressed empties your cup and daily obligations drain your cup. If you cup is empty YOU CAN NOT BE who you are meant to be. You can not function to your true potential with an empty vessel.When I left there, I felt so relaxed and grounded. I choose the 90 min Rain Drop Method. There are others you can choose from as well. I CAN SAY it was incredible.
