Wonderful service! First time going to this salon, I made an appointment prior and I asked for my first ever perm (I provided pictures of it, freshly done right as I got home from the salon). Lori was incredibly nice and had good communication. She really makes sure you're comfortable there.It was a very relaxing atmosphere, very safe and aesthetically pleasing with all the Patrick Nagel poster frames and good music. We are so happy that we found Lori Friend Hair Studio! Lori did an amazing job with my daughter’s and my hair cuts! We felt totally safe with her COVID protocols, and the pricing was great.

I always look forward to my hair appointments with Lori. I go in with an idea and she talks me through how to make it come to life. The experience is enjoyable and I leave feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend Lori, she never disappoints!
