They worked with us from the beginning to the end, always answering phone calls, emails and constant questions. The crew was professional, on time and did some quality work, frequently involving us with questions or suggesting design changes. John, our Project Manager, was always there to help answer questions and making sure things were running smoothly. I am usually not impressed with services companies, but we were very happy and impressed with Custom Installations.“

The plumbers ( I apologize for not remembering their names ) great work overall considering one of our biggest reasons for reaching out to Re bath was the leaking and plumbing issues we previously had. Last but not least Kamen the contractor did an amazing job remodeling/ installing our new shower/ bathtub . He was very courteous, informative , friendly and helpful with any questions concerns we had . We are very pleased and appreciative for every single person involved ( office personnel also ) in this project. Thanks again for everything.

“vlad did quite alot of work at our home. was quick and took care of immediate needs allowing us to move in and had an extended team of contractors to offer for trades he isn't comfortable with like window repair. I would use vlad again and had hin come back for more projects later. vlad does have a strong personality (eastern European) at times but the work is good and he takes on most any challenge. he shows up, gives solid pricing, and works quick. have recommended to others who were happy. I always clean up after jobs when vlad comes but I am picky and prefer my way on that.“

“I highly recommend Aqua-Pure!!! I had a rotten-egg smell coming from my well water and Ronald was able to quickly diagnose and solve the problem. This was after I already hired another water service who looked at my system and told me I needed an expensive sulfur filter (I didn't). He was friendly and easy to work with, he resolved my issue quickly and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. This should be your first call for water conditioning in the area!“
