“We had Custom Installations do the entire exterior of our home, David Burke and John Robinson. They did an amazing job with each phase of the project. They worked with us from the beginning to the end, always answering phone calls, emails and constant questions. The crew was professional, on time and did some quality work, frequently involving us with questions or suggesting design changes. John, our Project Manager, was always there to help answer questions and making sure things were running smoothly. I am usually not impressed with services companies, but we were very happy and impressed with Custom Installations.“

Worked with Lester the owner for estimate and then his guy who did the work was phenomenal. Lester came to check it all over and make sure he and we were happy. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve). It is so nice to work with a company that values relationships and takes pride in their work. The work was scheduled to begin at the end of March 2020 and we encountered Covid closings. Brian and his team went above and beyond, safety was the first priority of their team members as well as us as homeowners.
