“Just said they are the best for reordering my zippers. These were my first encounters of owners unsure if they still are but the man I met at this location as I stated is ordering name brand zippers for my coats a Jennifer Lopez original!!!“

“The folks working here are always so helpful and so kind. I dropped off a couple suits and was told to come back Thursday after 4. I got off work earlier that day though, and ended up stopping by around 2. My suit wasn't ready, and that's ok because I was early. I offered to come back because I just figured I was driving by so it was worth a shot. The very nice lady (I'm mad at myself for not getting her name) told me that coming back would be silly since I was already there, and she took care of wrapping up my suit right then. I obviously don't plan on making this a habit but I thought her going out of her way to take care of me when I came early was absolutely above and beyond customer service. I won't be bringing my suits anywhere else.“

“J&K Cleaners in Naperville did a wonderful job cleaning my three braided wool rugs. All three rugs were rather dusty and dirty and I was not sure I was going to keep them. But, after getting them dry-cleaned at J & K they looked just like new. I also thought the price was reasonable. I paid $107 (includes taxes) for a 5 x 8, 3 x 5 and 2-1/4 x 4 rugs. It took maybe a month or so to get them cleaned but the wait was worth it. The very nice woman at the counter gave me the date when they'd be done and she was exactly right. She also helped me get the rugs into the store and also out when I picked them up. I am recommending this cleaning service to my friends and family.“

“I generally really love CD One Price Cleaners. My one issue is that they did launder a silk shirt one time and completely washed out much of the dye, fading the shirt grateful. Since I didn’t notice it (it was a summer shirt I took in toward the end of the season), I never brought it back to complain. All that said, they’ve done a nice job on everything else for years. I’ll admit, I’m a bit ore prescriptive now when I drop things off, very directly point in our which things need to be dry cleaned and which laundered, but since I’ve done that I’ve had no further problems.“

I have had some alterations done there and when told it would be done after 3 or 4 days minimum, I got a call saying it was done. I was thrilled because I really needed the items for a business trip. The staff are so nice too, which hasn't been my experience with many cleaners lately. This will be my regular cleaners now!“
