Dr. Danielle Anderson is the best neurologist doctor ever, extremely professional, kind, smart, and listens. Dr. Flaherty is very knowledgeable with an exceptional bedside manner, taking time to explain details. Dr. Mercho was very nice, engaged, and thorough. The office staff is helpful, kind, delightful, and very courteous. Patients have a strong feeling they are receiving the best treatment and would recommend Northwest Neurology to family or friends.
NW Neuro has been my team for nearly a decade. I love this team so much, they have helped me navigate my disability and diagnosis' as well as comfort me when I'm fearful of what life throws at me. Shout-outs to my favorites: Dr. GK, Dr. Lisa, Michelle Infusion, Steph Infusion, Joanna Infusion, Dr. Anderson and Kathleen. These are the best people and they take care of you there like you're their own family.
Dr. Patel is hands down the best neuro I’ve ever had and I’ve had some pretty darn good neuro docs in the past. Dr. Patel takes his patients seriously, actually listens, and actively works for you as a patient. He genuinely wants to help you feel better and he cares if you’re not. It’s honestly kind of hard to put into words how you will feel seen and heard when you’re in your appointment, especially as a woman (we tend to get dismissed when we have any kind of complaints). And big shout out to the helpful and kind people who do all the admin and billing work! Everyone is lovely to talk to and so kind! Love, love, love this office!!
